LeadPlanet AI collects Instagram messages and comments sent to your business account for the purpose of lead scoring, categorization, and reply drafting. This includes:

• Message content and timestamps
• Sender Instagram username and profile information
• Comment text and post metadata

How We Use Data

Collected data is used exclusively for:

• Scoring and categorizing inbound leads
• Generating AI-powered reply suggestions
• Displaying enquiries in the LeadPlanet CRM dashboard

Data Storage

Data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud). We retain data for the duration of your account. You may request deletion by contacting us at connect@cloudguider.com.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. AI processing uses Google Gemini API; no data is used for model training.
